The best manufacturers are (* it is not a quality order as I will explain later): Jensen, Kenwood, QuantumFx, Planet Audio, Absolute, BOSS, Pyle, Phase Linear, Alpine, JVC and others! If you choose a car stereo model of one of these manufacturers, you won’t miss thing. They are all real quality stuff. You need to think what you want to be able to do with a touch screen car stereo. Let’s say you want to watch video in different formats or connect your iPod and such. That’s where you need to put a little more attention to.

Majority of touch screen car stereos come with a 7-inch motorized screen for easy adjustment. There are also other sizes available (single and double din versions). Some support USB and MMC/SD cards for easy media connecting. I would suggest getting one with USB support as well as iPod/iPhone/iPad compatibility.
